The cleanliness is impressive, yet the functional yet uninviting furnishings detract from overall comfort.

It was just a good match for a little getaway in Leeds with real value for money. The food was excellent, especially the lamb cooked to perfection. A tip is to check the meal times for breakfast and lunch beforehand.

I had a pleasant stay in a clean and newly decorated single room. The breakfast was self-service with plenty of options, and I appreciated the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. It's a bit basic, more like a conference center than a hotel, but it suited my needs well for the night. A later breakfast time would be ideal for those wanting a little extra rest.

Great value and comfy stay

I was there for a night, and the check-in was super smooth. The room was spacious, with nice views of the gardens. Breakfast was a treat, with loads of options including a fab buffet! The only thing was, the WiFi could've been better since I struggled a bit to get connected.
